Larissa has been with Hannover Finanz since 2024. Previously, Larissa worked for four years as Head of People & Workplace and a member of the management team at gematik GmbH. Prior to that, she built up and expanded the HR department at Ada Health GmbH as Director People & Workplace and was also responsible for international HR management as HR Director at MeteoGroup GmbH. After graduating, Larissa worked for Roland Berger for over five years in various HR roles. Larissa studied European Business in England at the University of Lincoln (Bachelor of Arts) and Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University in the Netherlands (Master of Science) and is a qualified and certified supervisory board member/advisor at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

In her private life, Larissa loves travelling and also enjoys immersing herself in the art and culture scene outside of her travels, combining this with spending time with friends and family.
