The company, which is managed as a holding company, consists of five operating companies that specialize in the areas of large-scale plant construction, air conditioning and refrigeration concepts, electrical engineering, switchgear construction and plant service and maintenance.
The company intends to tackle further growth with equity capital from its partners Hannover Finanz and Lück Invest.
