Vogel has been a member of the Swedish SKF Group since 2004, where it is the competence center for lubrication systems. SKF is a leading global supplier of products, system solutions and services in the rolling bearing and sealing sectors. The Hannover Finanz Group took over the company shares from the widow of founder Willy Vogel together with the management in 1988 and financed both the management buy-out and further growth.
