Rüdiger has been part of the Hannover Finanz team since 2018. Prior to that, he worked at Lampe Privatinvest Management GmbH, an investment company for medium-sized companies in the Oetker Group. As an investment manager and authorized signatory, he was responsible for the acquisition, structuring and management of investments in companies. Prior to this, he held the same position at BayernLB Capital Partner, where he was responsible for corporate transactions and mezzanine financing. He began his professional career in the corporate finance department of an auditing firm. Rüdiger studied business administration at the universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Frankfurt. He then obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Münster, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of Hannover Finanz, Rüdiger enjoys art, culture and culinary delights with his wife and enjoys walking his dog in the woods or on lakes.
